We offer a selection of premium yoga and wellness products, including mats, blocks, wheels, straps, meditation cushions, and related accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollar (USD).

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
  • In case of pricing errors or technical issues, we reserve the right to correct or cancel affected orders after notifying you.

Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled. An order is considered fulfilled only once you receive that email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect payment details
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Delivery limitations to your area

Payment Terms

Beirut Orders:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Whish
  • Neo

Outside of Beirut:

  • Upfront payment is required through Whish or Neo.
  • Orders outside Beirut will not be shipped without proof of payment.

All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party providers. RAM Holistic Wellness does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Delivery

We deliver all over Lebanon. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

  • Beirut and Greater Beirut: within 24 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Outside Beirut: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. In case of delivery delays or issues beyond our control (such as road closures or courier delays), RAM Holistic Wellness will not be held liable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
