Orders placed outside Beirut will be processed and dispatched only after payment confirmation is received.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across all regions of Lebanon. Deliveries are handled by trusted local courier partners to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time:
- Beirut and Greater Beirut: within 24 hours, Monday through Friday
- Outside Beirut: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery Fees
Currently, there are no applicable fees for delivery all over Lebanon. However, this policy may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Delivery Process

- The courier may contact you directly to schedule or confirm delivery.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.
If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., due to incorrect address or recipient’s absence), our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees will apply for a second attempt.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
