Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and any accessories).
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used yoga mats, blocks, straps, or cushions.
- Opened incense, oils, or any personal-use items.
- Sale or discounted items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within the allowed return window.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the product.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or return delivery.

Once approved, the item will be inspected upon return to verify its condition.
Refunds
The Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In cases where a product is found to be defective or incorrect upon receipt, a replacement will be issued following inspection and approval by our team.
Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, a voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued for use on future purchases. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Our team will review and arrange for a replacement.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the issue was caused by an error on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchange Delivery
Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Delivery fees will be communicated upon request.
Policy Exceptions
RAM Holistic Wellness reserves the right to deny a return or exchange request if:
- The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The return is requested outside the accepted timeframe.
- The product is missing parts, packaging, or documentation.
